Changing your pillow case can prevent acne


It is very important to change your pillow case 2 x a week to help the spread of acne when you sleep your body temp rises and your pores open and the oil on your face gets pushed into the pores for 6 to 8 hours a night so by changing your pillow case it will less likely happen with a fresh clean  pillow case . And make sure to wash your face well before going to bed.
